How does distance work for teachers?
Teachers set their own travel radius. Offers only go to teachers within it, and distance is one of the factors in ranking, so nearby teachers tend to be offered first.
What if there's no mobile signal at the school?
Teachers can still check in. The check-in is saved on the phone with its time and synced when signal returns.
What if a regional request isn't filled?
Our allocators watch every open request. If one takes too long, a person is alerted and contacts the school with options.
